Our Mission: To Rebuild Men by partnering with local churches and faith-based organizations to train, equip, mentor, and empower men in their spiritual development to become men of Accountability, Integrity, Responsibility, and Leadership.

Our Vision: To be a leader in equipping churches and faith-based organizations to mentor, train, and equip men with the necessary tools to become better men, husbands, and fathers.

Our Goal: To produce God-Fearing Men who are leaders in the home, church, and community.

At MOI, we believe men are distinctly called to be Godly leaders within their families, churches, and communities. We focus on leadership development, empowerment, and strength-based services to equip men to serve and to empower them to grow and become the spiritual leaders God has called them to be.
